Connecticut based Fools Faith was signed to Escape Music under the moniker of "Aftermath" in the winter of 2002. Their debut release "Natural Destruction" in 2003 was met with critical acclaim unmatched in their genre. In the Spring of 2005 “Aftermath” split with their label and undeterred by their loss the band pushed forward more determined than ever to find a comparable label replacement. In the Fall of 2005 “Fools Faith” was born as John Gallicano replaced original guitarist Bill DiNapoli and in 2007 the band signed to Connecticut upstarts SickDay Records & Entertainment and while still sticking to their roots released their debut album titled “Undone”. As one reviewer noted… "In taking a louder, stronger & tougher sounding metal approach to their songwriting than noted on Natural Destruction this CD was a tighter collection of songs that will appeal to listeners of all genres of music". With strong melodies, pounding rhythms and vocal harmonies unmatched in today's musical climate setting them apart from their contemporaries Fools Faith had notably taken things a step further.
The bands determination and focus was rewarded in April of 2009 when Fools Faith was crowned digital music provider AirPlay Direct’s “All Things Digital Hard Rock / Heavy Metal” contest winners for 2009. With worldwide recognition and countless plays on numerous internet, terrestrial & satellite radio stations across the globe the band was booking shows at a feverish pace to meet the demand that had befallen them.
From local shows to festivals between Boston MA. and Utica N.Y. Fools faith wowed audiences unprepared for their brand of take no prisoners Rock as well as flooring them with unprecedented musicianship from a group of relative unknowns.
In 2011 Fools Faith released “Sinister F” which has already seen reviews of “Wicked as hell and jammed packed with one excellent track after another”, “There's not a bad track to be heard” and “Fools Faith have done it again” praised upon them. If recent indications of sold out and packed houses are a barometer of 2012 the future is indeed going to be Fools Faith's best year ever.
